Return and Refund Policies

We understand that there may be times when you need to return a purchase, and we aim to make the return process as simple as possible.

 

Gypsy Cowgirl Boutique does not accept exchanges, and a cash back option will not be offered.  Only returns will be provided.

Return Process

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 15 days of the purchase delivery date. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note: All items must be returned in their original and undamaged condition.  The buyer must contact us within 15 days after delivery to receive a return RMA number.  No item will be accepted for return without an RMA number.

To return an item, please email us at contact@gypsycowgirlboutiquellc.com with your Order Number and the reason for return. Our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

 

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns. 

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 15 days after the item is received at Gypsy Cowgirl Boutique LLC from the date of your receipt of the item (s) for your return to be processed.
