GCB COA's come from a reputable company that is recognized by Poshmark, Ebay, Whatnot, and Shopify.
Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail at a fixed cost of $10.99 per order. No matter how much you buy, your shipping cost is only $10.99
You receive free shipping for all orders over $300
Shipping days include Monday - Saturday.
Once the order is processed and payment is received, you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details, and we will notify you once your order has been shipped.
You can also track your package under your accounts page.

Navigate to the "My Orders" page in your account, where you can view details of your previous and current orders.
The tracking number will be displayed for any orders that have been shipped and have a tracking number associated with them.
You will also recieve an email with the tracking information once order is processed.
We understand that there may be a time when you need to return a purchase, and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 15 days after the delivery date of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note: All items must be returned in their original and undamaged condition. The buyer must contact us within 15 days after delivery to receive a return RMA number. No item will be accepted for return without an RMA number.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns.
Gypsy Cowgirl Boutique does not accept exchanges, and a cash back option will not be offered. Only returns will be provided.
Refunds
After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 15 days after the item is received at Gypsy Cowgirl Boutique LLC from the receipt of your item (s) for your return to be processed.
To return an item, email us at contact@gypsycowgirlboutiquellc.com with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.
You will be liable for any return shipping charges.
